环境证的办理流程、需要提交的资料和办理周期
The application procedure, documents required and application period of the environmental permit
在申请环境许可证前需要编制环境影响评价报告，报告提交省级环评报告评估委员会进行审阅，评估委员会再75个工作日内提出意见并提交环境官员，环境官员于10个工作日内批复。
For the application of environmental permit, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report is required to be prepared and submitted to the provincial EIA committee for assessment. The committee will take roughly 75 working days to evaluate the report and submit their opinion to the LHK officer, whom will take another 10 working days to assess and approve the report. 环评报告通过后向省政府申请环境许可证，申请环境证需要提交的文件包括：环评报告AMDAL、公司成立文件、公司介绍和/或者业务描述：公司负责人、公司名称、地址、业务领域、业务所在地。材料齐全后环境官员5个工作日做出是否发放环境证的决定。
After the approval of the EIA (AMDAL) report, the project owner may submit an application to the provincial LHK for environmental permit, documents to be included for this application process are: AMDAL report, business operating permit, company introduction/business description, legal representative, company name, address, business scope and business location. LHK will take around 5 working days to assess the application and release the permit.
开展环境验收的要求

在项目接近完工的时候环境森林部的一名代表会和第三方检测结构一起走访现场评估项目对环境的影响。从KPA环境顾问处得知早在对项目做环评评审申请环境证时已在项目现场选了几个点提取样品，在项目接近完工时还会再次在这几个点取样以评估项目建设是否对周边环境造成改变。环境部门官员还会在周边的村庄进行调研以了解村民们对项目的意见。
A representative from the LHK and qualified third party will be on-site to assess the project impact towards the surrounding environment during project closeout. Based on the discussion held with the AMDAL consultant of PT. KPA, it was understood that a few spots was designated as the sampling area during the compilation of the AMDAL report, and samples will be collected once again from the same spot in order to assess the impact of the project towards the environment. The LHK officer will also conduct population survey in the nearby village to assess the opinion of the villagers towards this project.
项目建设过程中的环境监测/监管
Environmental monitoring/surveillance requirements during project construction phase
环境监控由环境林业部（LHK）认可的第三方检测机构开展。项目施工和运行阶段需要每3个月到6个月提交环境检测报告。
Qualified third party endorsed by the LHK can carry out the environmental monitoring task, and a periodic report should be submitted to the LHK once every 3 to 6 months during the project construction phase and subsequently its operation phase.
项目建设中对污染物如废气、废水和建筑生活垃圾的排放要求
Emission requirements for pollutants such as waste gas, wastewater and construction waste during project construction phase
产生的建筑垃圾和生活垃圾都要以废物处理中心批准（TPA）的恰当的方式进行处理，粪便之类废水的则应排到化粪池。有关废物排放的更多信息可在环境管理计划RKL/RPL里找到。按照环评报告的要求每3-6个月需要做一次环境检测。废水临时存储（废水池）需要从环境林业部LHK处申请一个废物临时存储许可证Izin Penyimpanan Sementara Limbah。向自然界如大海排废水需通过被环境森林部认可的第三方机构来申请一个叫海洋排污许可证Izin Buang Limbah ke Laut。 All produced construction and domestic waste should be handled according to the methods provided by the local Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) center, while all sewage waste should be channelled to the appropriate septic tank. More information regarding this can be found within the RKL/RPL document. Periodic environmental inspection should be carried out once every 3 to 6 months. Application of Izin Penyimpanan Sementara Limbah from the LHK is required for temporary storage of discharged waste and application of Izin Buang Limbah ke Laut (with the aid of a qualified third party endorsed by the LHK) is required for discharge of waste into the ocean.
排污和取水（地表水和地下水）证的办理

地表水的取水证从环境森林部LHK获取，地下水的取水证从能源和矿产资源部ESDM获取。 Ground water intake permit can be applied from the LHK, while surface water intake permit must be obtained from ESDM.
